The Bible is full of different voices, genres, and ways of encountering God. Come explore how God speaks through Scripture—and discover what these ancient writings have to say to our lives and communities today. Series begins September 14th. 

Join a group! All ages and genders are welcome. We will meet to connect as a community on Thursdays at 1pm or 6:30pm in the Community Room here at 2nd. This is an opportunity to get to know folks at 2nd while “Binge reading the Bible” a little more deeply together. You will be invited to read scriptures & discuss with curiosity while also gathering and praying with your 2nd family.

Fall is just around the corner, and with it we are excited to welcome back faces who may have been away much of the summer. On Sunday, September 13th, we will be celebrating with a potluck where we will spend time together along with some of the other congregations and groups who use our building. 

Make sure you make a note that our service time for September 13th will be at 10:30am! Then stay afterward to share a family meal with the 2nd Church community. Bring a dish to pass or just bring yourself--we will save a seat for you.
